Garden Connections Subscription Program

Sign up for a program subscription using this form.  On the first page provide parent/guardian information.  Where it asks "How many Attendees" please enter the number of children/subscriptions you are registering for. On the second page provide child information and choose a subscription option. Review registration and payment options on the third page. Garden Connections is offered with a sliding scale fee. The default choice will add the lowest end of the sliding scale to your cart. You may add any amount to increase your sliding scale choice in the box provided.
